pH Check Measuring Input

What to do when you receive a pH check measuring input message on the analyzer.

Typical Result:
  1. Most Common- pH sensor not submersed in water past junction
  2. Common-  Air bubbles inside the sensor
  3. Least Common- Sensor defective, replace sensor

pH Check Measuring Input
Cause: The measuring input receives no proper signal
Suggested remedies: Check sensor plug, check cable, check sensor, gentle shake out air bubbles

This message appears if the measuring circuit is interrupted.
The simplest explanation is that the sensor is not sufficiently immersed. Make sure that the sensor is immersed at least so that the junction and diaphragm is completely covered.
Check the contact in the sensor's connector and open the spring parts of the central pin slightly and carefully to ensure good contact to the cable.
