How do I install a Cloud Connect® Gateway?
Installing and using a Kuntze Cloud Connect® Gateway requires you have the Modbus Add-on and the Cloud Connect hardware that includes:
a. Power cord
b. Modbus communication wire
Step 1: Connect the Modbus Card within the Kuntze enclosure

Step 2: Wire the Gateway to the analyzer

Step 3: Power on analyzer
Once you are properly connected, you can power on the equipment. You should see lights inside of the gateway enclosure. If not, you are not wired properly or do not have a power source.
You will need to contact your Kuntze representative or submit a ticket for your online Cloud Connect® credentials. This will allow you to access the Cloud Connect website and view your system information.
Note: Be patient and allow time for the gateway to come online. The light on the cellular dongle inside the gateway should start solid white, then flash red, then switch to solid blue once the connection is made. If there is no solid blue light, the cellular signal in that location may not be strong enough. Try moving the Gateway to an area of better reception.
