Built Where It Matters
Kuntze Instruments was founded in 1945 and has been manufacturing water quality sensors ever since. Our headquarters remain in Meerbusch, Germany, near Düsseldorf — the birthplace of Kuntze engineering. In 2013, we established a dedicated sensor production facility in Hartha, Germany, purpose-built for the precision demands of electrochemical sensor manufacturing. That facility was massively expanded and modernized in 2018 to meet growing global demand without compromising the craftsmanship that defines our products.
Every sensor in the ZIRKON® ONE lineup is produced, calibrated, and tested at this facility before shipment. No outsourcing. No shortcuts. Every unit is traceable to the hands and processes that built it.
